Waiver, Modification, Etc. No provision or term of this Amendment No. 7 may be modified, altered, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing executed by the party against whom such modification, alteration, waiver, discharge or termination is sought to be enforced.

Modification; Waiver. Any modification to or waiver of this Agreement will be effective only if it is in writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.

Modification; Waiver. No modification of this Agreement will be binding on the parties unless and until the modification is set forth in writing specifically referencing this Agreement and signed by all of the parties to this Agreement. The waiver by any party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement by any other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall not be modified in any respect except by a writing executed by each party hereto.
