Voting and Dividend Rights. The holders of Restricted Shares awarded under the Plan shall have the same voting, dividend and other rights as the Company’s other stockholders. Holders of Restricted Shares must invest any cash dividends received in additional Restricted Shares. Such additional Restricted Shares shall be subject to the same conditions and restrictions (including without limitation, any forfeiture conditions) as the Award with respect to which the dividends were paid.

Voting and Dividend Rights. The holders of Stock Units shall have no voting rights. Prior to settlement or forfeiture, any Stock Unit awarded under the Plan may, at the Committee’s discretion, carry with it a right to dividend equivalents. Such right entitles the holder to be credited with an amount equal to all cash dividends paid on one Share while the Stock Unit is outstanding. Dividend equivalents may be converted into additional Stock Units. Settlement of dividend equivalents may be made in the form of cash, in the form of Shares, or in a combination of both. Dividend equivalents shall not be distributed prior to settlement of the Stock Unit to which the dividend equivalents pertain. Prior to distribution, any dividend equivalents which are not paid shall be subject to the same conditions and restrictions (including without limitation, any forfeiture conditions) as the Stock Units to which they attach.

Voting and Dividend Rights. A Participant shall have no voting or dividend rights with respect to any Restricted Stock Units granted hereunder or the Shares corresponding to any Restricted Stock Units granted hereunder prior to such Shares being delivered to the Participant. A Participant may have a right to Dividend Equivalents based upon the terms of the Award pursuant to Article 14.

No Voting or Dividend Rights. Nothing contained in this Warrant shall be construed as conferring upon the Holder hereof the right to vote or to consent to receive notice as a shareholder of [[Organization A:Organization]] or any other matters or any rights whatsoever as a shareholder of [[Organization A:Organization]]. No dividends or interest shall be payable or accrued in respect of this Warrant or the interest represented hereby or the shares purchasable hereunder until, and only to the extent that, this Warrant shall have been exercised.

Voting Rights. During the Period of Restriction, Service Providers holding Shares of Restricted Stock granted hereunder may exercise full voting rights with respect to those Shares, unless the Administrator determines otherwise.

VOTING RIGHTS. The Holder shall have no voting rights with respect to any shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of this Note prior to the applicable Conversion Date.

Voting Rights. Since RSUs do not represent actual Shares, no voting rights or other rights as a stockholder of the Company arise with respect to the RSUs until Shares have been delivered to you upon settlement of the RSUs.

Voting Rights. A Participant shall have no voting rights with respect to any Restricted Stock Units.

Voting Rights. Each Lender shall retain the sole right to approve, without the consent of any Participant, any amendment, modification or waiver of any provision of the Loan Documents other than any amendment, modification or waiver specified in [Sections 8.2(a) through (f)] with respect to any Loan or Commitment in which such Participant has an interest.

The Payee shall, and shall procure that the Target Group shall, use their reasonable endeavours to assist HWIC with any regulatory filings that may need to be completed in connection with any publicly announced transactions.
