Scheduled Vesting. If you remain a Service Provider continuously from the Grant Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement, then the Units will vest on the Scheduled Vesting Date.

Scheduled Vesting. The Units will vest in accordance with the Vesting Schedule set forth on the cover page to this Agreement, so long as your employment has been continuous since the Grant Date.

Scheduled Vesting. If you remain a Service Provider continuously from the Grant Date, then the Restricted Shares will vest on the Vesting Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement (the “Vesting Date”).

Scheduled Vesting. If you remain a member of the Board continuously from the Grant Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement, then the Units will vest in the numbers and on the dates specified in the Vesting Schedule on the cover page of this Agreement.

If you remain employed (which includes other service relationships described in Section 5 of the Plan) by the Company or any of its Affiliates continuously from the Grant Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement to a Scheduled Vesting Date, then the Achieved Units will vest on such Scheduled Vesting Date.
