The fund shall be valued by the trustee on the last day of each plan year and as of any interim allocation date determined by the plan administrator. The valuation shall be made on the basis of the current fair market value of all property in the fund.
The Company shall ascertain from the Trustee the fair market value of the assets of each portion of the Trust Fund as of the Valuation Date. The fair market value of PACCAR Stock shall be the last-transaction price quoted by the National Market System of the National Association of Securities Dealers and reported by The Wall Street journal with respect to the Valuation Date.
If the Payee disagrees with the calculation of the Revised Payable Amount included in the Valuation Certificate (including any disagreement in relation to the Valuation Methodology and its application), the Payee shall notify the Promisor as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of the Valuation Certificate of its reasonably detailed good faith calculation of the Revised Payable Amount. The Promisor and HWIC shall provide to the Payee all information and documents reasonably required in order to determine the calculation of the Revised Payable Amount.
Valuation Policy. A copy of the Valuation Policy.
Valuation Date. “Valuation Date” means each business day on which the New York Stock Exchange is open.
Valuation Date. Valuation Date means the date elected by the Employer in the Adoption Agreement as of which Account balances or accrued benefits are valued for purposes of calculating the "top-heavy ratio."

Company Stock: As a distribution in kind of the shares held for his Account in the Common Stock Fund and the ESOP Fund. A Participant shall be entitled to receive a whole number of shares of Company Common Stock held in such Common Stock Fund and the ESOP Fund as of the Valuation Date specified in Section 6.7 measured by a fraction the numerator of which shall be # the value in the Common Stock Fund held in his Pre-Tax Contribution Account and/or his After-Tax Contribution Account as of such Valuation Date, plus # the vested portion of the value in the Common Stock Fund held in his Employer Matching Contribution Account, plus # the vested portion of the value in the ESOP Fund held in his ESOP Account as of such Valuation Date; and the denominator of which shall be the total value in the Common Stock Fund and the ESOP Fund held in the Pre-Tax Contribution Accounts, After-Tax Contribution Accounts, Employer Matching Contribution Accounts, and ESOP Accounts for all Participants as of such Valuation Date. The amount of any fractional shares shall be distributed in cash.
Valuation of Account. The balance of each Participant's Investment Account shall be determined daily based upon the fair market value of such Fund or Funds. The fair market value calculation for a Participant's Investment Account shall be made after all distributions, Investment Income and transfers for the day are recorded. A Participant’s Account, as adjusted from time to time, shall continue to be credited with Investment Income until the balance of the Investment Account is zero and no additional Contributions are anticipated for such Participant by the Committee.
