Vacations. During the Term hereof, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation days, the number of which will be determined by the vacation policy of the Company, to be taken at such times and intervals as shall be determined by the Executive, subject to the reasonable business needs of the Company. Vacations. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in any Company paid-time-off program applicable to its senior executives, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its executive officers.
