Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to such paid vacation as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than five (5) weeks per annum. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than forty (40) hours per year. Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Employer for failure to take all of his entitled vacation or sick leave time, nor shall Executive be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave time from one year to the next, unless otherwise provided by the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect. In the event the personnel policies of the Employer provide for paid time off with no distinction between vacation and sick leave, the Executive shall be entitled to no less than 30 days of paid time off per year.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to no less paid vacation than the other senior executives, pursuant to Employer's standard vacation policies, and shall be guaranteed a minimum of four weeks of paid vacation per year. Executive may carry over up to a maximum of 200 hours of annual leave (including sick pay) at any time, and any unused vacation time beyond that will be forfeited.

Vacation and Sick Leave. Executive shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of vacation during each calendar year. Executive’s sick leave accrual shall follow the standard sick leave policy.

The Employee will be entitled to paid vacation each Calendar in accordance with the vacation policies of the in effect for its executive officers from time to time, but in no event to exceed fifteen days paid vacation and sick days. Vacation must be taken by the Employee at such time or times as reasonably approved by the Chairman of the Board. The Employee will also be entitled to the paid holidays set forth in the ’s policies. Vacation days, sick days and holidays during any calendar year that are not used by the Employee during such calendar year may not be used in any subsequent calendar year.

Vacation. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs, and practices of the Company and its Affiliated Companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 90-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its Affiliated Companies. In addition to, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the preceding sentence, any unused vacation days shall be carried over from year to year in accordance with Company policy as in effect immediately prior to the commencement of the Employment Period.
