Vacation; Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to reasonable paid vacation commensurate with his position and within the industry; paid holidays; paid sick leave; and similar benefits, to be earned and used in accordance with the Company’s policy and procedure for other similarly situated senior executive officers of the Company.

Vacation and Sick Leave. The Executive shall be eligible for four weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (as prorated for partial years).
