Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to such paid vacation as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than five (5) weeks per annum. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as may be determined in accordance with the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect, but in no event less than forty (40) hours per year. Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Employer for failure to take all of his entitled vacation or sick leave time, nor shall Executive be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave time from one year to the next, unless otherwise provided by the personnel policies of the Employer from time to time in effect. In the event the personnel policies of the Employer provide for paid time off with no distinction between vacation and sick leave, the Executive shall be entitled to no less than 30 days of paid time off per year.

Vacation and Sick Leave. While Employee is employed by [[Organization A:Organization]] during [[Organization A:Organization]] Term, Employee shall be entitled to vacation leave of up to twenty (20) days per calendar year during [[Organization A:Organization]] Term, prorated for any partial calendar year of employment during [[Organization A:Organization]] Term. Employee will use Employee’s vacation leave at times and in a manner so as to minimize disruption to [[Organization A:Organization]] operations of [[Organization A:Organization]]. [[Organization A:Organization]] also agrees that Employee shall be entitled to sick leave of up to five (5) days per calendar year during [[Organization A:Organization]] Term, prorated for any partial calendar year of employment during [[Organization A:Organization]] Term. Employee will accrue and be permitted to use vacation and sick leave in accordance with [[Organization A:Organization]]’s vacation and sick leave policies and practices as in effect from time to time.

Sick Leave. Absence due to personal illness, excluding pregnancy, shall be allowed up to ten (10) working days per calenda year, and shall not be accumulative from year to year.

Sick Leave. Loggenberg shall be entitled to sick leave and emergency leave according to the regular policies and procedures of [[Organization B:Organization]].

Sick Leave. The Employee will be entitled to take up to ten (10) days paid sick leave per calendar year, earned pro rata at a rate of 0.83 days per completed month of service. Unused sick days will not be paid out or carried forward into the subsequent year.

Vacation, Sick and Other Leave. During the Employment Period, Employee shall be entitled annually to a minimum of 20 business days of paid vacation and shall be entitled to those number of business days of paid disability, sick and other leave specified in the employment policies of the Employer.

Vacation/Sick Time: As an exempt employee you are eligible to participate in Janux’s flexible vacation policy; please contact HR for more details. Under Janux’s current sick leave policy, you will receive 5 days (40 hours) sick leave on your start date, and on each January 1, we will top up your sick leave balance to a total of 5 days (40 hours).

Vacation & Sick Days. Employee shall be eligible to accrue vacation in an amount to be determined by the Company in accordance with and subject to the Company’s employee policies as they may exist from time to time. Currently the Employee is eligible to accrue vacation for up to three (3) weeks (15 work days) per year, accruing equally during the year as of each pay period. In accordance with current policies, Employee may accrue and carry forward up to 160 hours of vacation time, which upon termination from the Company would be paid for pro rata for the then-current annual salary. In addition, in accordance with current policies, the Employee may take up to five (5) days of sick leave. Company reserves the right to modify and alter its vacation and sick day policies, and Employee’s benefits thereunder, in its sole discretion, provided, however, the Employee shall have the right to use then-existing accrued and carried vacation time up to the current maximum of 160 hours.
