Vacation contract clause examples

Vacation. Executive will be entitled to 45 days of paid time-off (“PTO”) per year. PTO days shall accrue beginning on the 1st of January for each year during the term of this Agreement, provided that the first 45 days of PTO shall accrue on the Effective Date for the year ending December 31, 2022. Unused PTO days shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall not roll over into the next year. Other than the use of PTO days for illness or personal emergencies, PTO days must be pre-approved by the Company.

Vacation. Employee will be eligible for vacation each calendar year to be administered in accordance with the written vacation policy of the Company.

Vacation. During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) paid vacation days per calendar year, which vacation days shall accrue, and may be used, in accordance with the policies of the Partnership in place from time to time. The Employee may not carry-over more than five (5) accrued vacation days from one calendar year to the next calendar year.

Vacation. During the Employment Term, Executive shall have four weeks of paid vacation per year, defined as 160 hours per year. Unused vacation may carry over to the next benefit year, subject to a maximum vacation cap of 160 hours. In the event of termination, any unused vacation weeks shall be paid as salary continuation.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s vacation policy in effect from time to time, the Executive will be eligible to accrue up to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in each calendar year, accrued pro-rata on a monthly basis, to be taken at times agreed upon by the Executive and the Company. Vacation time must accrue before the Executive may use it, except upon written approval of the Company, which approval will be at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to require the Executive to take some or all of the accrued vacation days at any time during scheduled or unscheduled office shut-down periods, at its sole discretion. Forfeiture of unused vacation days will be subject to the Company’s vacation policy as in effect from time to time.
