Vacation contract clause examples

Vacation. The Executive will be entitled to the number of weeks of vacation each fiscal year equal to that of other executives at the Executive’s level.

Vacation. Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation during each year of his full time employment hereunder, such vacation to be taken at such time or times as shall be agreed upon by Executive and the Company. Vacation time shall be cumulative from year to year, except that Executive shall not be entitled to take more than six weeks vacation during any consecutive 12-month period during the Term. Accrued but unused vacation time shall be paid in cash on the Termination Date, except that in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 12, the amount of accrued vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to six weeks and in the event of a Termination pursuant to Section 13, the amount of vacation time to be paid on the Termination Date shall be limited to four weeks.

The Executive will be entitled to vacation time as defined in the Company Employee Handbook.

Vacation. You will be eligible to receive up to four weeks of paid vacation per year to be taken in accordance with Company policy at that time, which shall be prorated during you first year of service based on your start date.

Vacation. Employee is eligible for twenty (20) vacation days per year subject to the Employee Guide.

Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to and advanced four (4) weeks paid vacation plus Titan designated holidays during each twelve (12) month period of his employment hereunder.

Vacation. The President and CEO shall be entitled to twenty-five (25) days of paid vacation each year during the term of this Agreement.

Vacation. Employee shall be entitled to vacation in any calendar year in accordance with the Company’s general vacation policies for senior executive employees.

Vacation. Melamed shall be entitled to vacations in accordance with RoxSan’s policy in effect from time to time, which policy shall permit her at least six (6) weeks of paid vacation per year, with any unused amount being carried over to the future. Upon the termination of her employment, Melamed shall be paid at her then salary for all accrued but unused vacation.

Benefits & Vacation. Executive will be entitled to participate in all employee retirement (401(k)), insurance, benefit and vacation programs of the Company as are in effect from time to time and in which other executive officers of the Company are eligible to participate, on terms no less favorable than any other U.S. based executive officer.
