NUMBER. Whenever the context of this Lease requires, the words “Landlord” and “Tenant” shall include the plural as well as the singular.

Number. Subject to the provisions of Sections 5.4 and 5.5, the number of shares of Stock subject to Awards under the Plan may not exceed # 17,400,000 shares of Stock, plus # Recycled Prior Plan Shares.

Number. Except where otherwise indicated by the context, the plural shall include the singular, and the singular shall include the plural.

Number. Wherever appropriate in this Plan, words used in the singular shall be considered to include the plural and the plural to include the singular.

Number. The definitions contained in Section 2 and elsewhere in this Agreement shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms.

Rights of Reference. The right of reference under Section 7.6(a) shall terminate automatically and the right of reference under Section 7.6(b) shall survive indefinitely.

Right of Reference. On a Collaboration Target-by-Collaboration Target basis, effective upon the License Effective Date with respect to any Development Candidate Directed to the applicable Collaboration Target, MTEM hereby grants BMS, its Affiliates and Sublicensees a “Right of Reference,” as that term is defined in 21 C.F.R. § 314.3(b) and any foreign counterpart to such regulation, to any regulatory documentation held by MTEM or its Affiliates to the extent necessary ​ for the submission, approval or maintenance of Marketing Approval of any Licensed Product Directed to such Collaboration Target in the Field in the Territory. If requested by BMS, MTEM will provide a signed statement to this effect in accordance with 21 C.F.R. §314.50(g)(3) or any foreign counterpart to such regulation.
