Employee agrees that if Employee uses her own invention, discovery, idea, concept, design, process, work of authorship, client list, development, improvement (whether subject to copyright or patent protection and whether or not reduced to practice by Employee), patent, copyright, or trademark, in the performance of Employee’s job with Insight, by doing so Employee automatically confers to Insight and the Insight Companies an unrestricted and irrevocable license to use freely all such matter(s) for its own benefit.
