The Recipient will use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement. The Recipient will keep the Confidential Information strictly confidential and will not disclose the Confidential Information in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, other than to those of its Representatives who # have a need to know the Confidential Information for the purpose of this Agreement; # have been advised of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information and # have obligations of confidentiality and non-use to the Recipient no less restrictive than those of this Agreement. Recipient will protect the Confidential Information disclosed to it by using reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorized disclosure, dissemination or use of the Confidential Information, which precautions will not be less than those exercised by Recipient for its own confidential or proprietary Confidential Information of a similar nature.

The Recipient will use the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party solely for the purpose of meeting its obligations under this Agreement or exercising its rights under this Agreement. The Recipient will keep the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party confidential and will not disclose such Confidential Information to any Third Party in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, other than to those of its Representatives who # have a need to know the Confidential Information for the purpose of this Agreement; # have been advised of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information and # have obligations of confidentiality and non-use to the Recipient no less restrictive than those of this Agreement. Recipient will protect the Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party disclosed to it hereunder by using reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorized disclosure, dissemination or use of such Confidential Information, which precautions will in no event be less than those exercised by Recipient with respect to its own confidential or proprietary information of a similar nature.

The Executive must only use Confidential Information and Intellectual Property for the purpose of performing the Executive's duties as an employee of the Employer and agrees not to use the Confidential Information or the Intellectual Property for any purpose other than for the benefit of the Group and Group Members both during this Agreement and after the termination of this Agreement.

At all times during and subsequent to the termination or cessation of the Employee’s employment, the Employee shall not use the Confidential Information in any manner except as reasonably required for the Employee to perform the Employee’s duties for the Company.

Party A agrees Party B to inquire Party A's credit status from the credit database of the People's Bank of China and those approved establishment by credit authorities or from the relevant entities and agencies, and agrees Party B to provide Party A's information to the credit database of the People's Bank of China and those approved establishment by credit authorities. Party A further agrees that Party B may properly use and disclose Party A's information for the business demands.

Use of Others’ Confidential Information. During the Employment Period, Executive shall not use or disclose any confidential information or trade secrets, if any, of any former employers or any other Person to whom Executive has an obligation of confidentiality. If at any time during his employment with the Company, Executive believes he is being asked to engage in work that will, or will be likely to, jeopardize any confidentiality or other obligations Executive may have to former employers, then Executive shall immediately advise the Board so that Executive’s duties can be modified appropriately.

Inevitable Use of Proprietary Information. Employee acknowledges and agrees that, after Employee's separation of employment, Employee will possess the Company's Proprietary Information which Employee would inevitably use if Employee were to engage in the conduct prohibited by [Section 5] (including each of its sub-sections), that such use would be unfair and extremely detrimental to the Company and, in view of the benefits provided to Employee in this Agreement, that such conduct on his or her part would be inequitable. Accordingly, Employee separately and severally agrees for the benefit of the Company to be bound by each of the covenants described above.

Executive's Use of Confidential Information. From the Commencement Date and at all times thereafter, Executive will maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information. Executive will not, without Employer's prior written consent, directly or indirectly: # copy or use any Confidential Information for any purpose not within the scope of Executive's work on Employer's behalf; or # show, give, sell, disclose or otherwise communicate any Confidential Information to any person or entity other than Employer unless such person or entity is authorized by Employer to have access to the Confidential Information in question. These restrictions do not apply if the Confidential Information has been made generally available to the public by Employer or becomes generally available to the public through some other normal course of events. All Confidential Information prepared by or provided to Executive is and will remain Employer's property or the property of Employer customer to which they belong.
