Defined Terms. As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.

Use of Defined Terms. Except as expressly set forth in this Second Amendment, all terms which have an initial capital letter where not required by the rules of grammar are used herein as defined in the Loan Agreement.

Defined Terms. All capitalized terms in this Amendment not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all section references in this Amendment refer to sections of the Agreement.
