A Mortgage Loan in which Secured Party has purchased a Participation Interest shall cease to be a Participated Mortgage Loan under the Warehouse Agreement (and shall cease to be a Participated Mortgage Loan for purposes of the UCC-1 Financing Statement Schedule of Collateral to which this UCC-1 Financing Statement Schedule of Defined Terms is attached) at such time as such Mortgage Loan is a Retired Participated Mortgage Loan.
