Trust Services shall mean Bar Harbor Trust Services.

Trust Administrator” means the individual or committee that is established in the Deferred Stock Trust and the Deferred Cash Trust, to administer such trusts.

You agree that, if the Company establishes the Deferred Compensation Trust, the Company is entitled at any time prior to a Change in Control to revoke such trust and withdraw all funds theretofore deposited in such trust. Trust: The provisions of the Trust, as it may be amended from time to time, are herein incorporated by reference as fully as if set out herein, and the assets held under the Trust on behalf of this Plan shall constitute the Trust Fund.

“Trust Account” means any accounts or trusts used solely to hold Trust Funds.

Verizon DPPA Master Trust (the "Master Trust"), the Servicer, and the Depositor are parties to that certain Master Trust Receivables Transfer Agreement, dated as of ​ ​, 20​ (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the "Master Trust Receivables Transfer Agreement"), pursuant to which the Master Trust will transfer and absolutely assign to the Depositor a revolving pool of Receivables and related assets from time to time.
