Non-Transferability of Option. The Option may not be transferred by the Participant other than by will or the laws of descent and distribution, and is exercisable during the Participant’s lifetime only by him or her. The terms of the Option shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, heirs, successors and assigns of the Participant.
