9、 Party B shall establish and improve the fire emergency rescue plan and accident emergency rescue plan according to the needs, and regularly organize training and drills to ensure the operability and practicality of the emergency rescue plan and effectively improve the emergency rescue ability.

“Graphite Process Documentation” means records provided by Graphite related to the Graphite Process for the Manufacture of Product including master batch records, quality control assay test procedures, work instructions, bill of materials, raw material specifications, forms, training documents, Specifications, critical quality attributes, labels and test record forms.

In consideration of my initial employment with First Advantage Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, a Symphony Technology Group Company, (referred to as “First Advantage” or the “Company”), and other valuable consideration, including but not limited to training and the receipt of confidential information, I agree as follows:

You further acknowledge that, during the course of your employment with the Company, the Company will furnish, disclose or make available to you Confidential Information (as defined below) related to the Company’s business and that the Company may provide you with unique and specialized training. You also acknowledge that such Confidential Information and such training have been developed and will be developed by the Company through the expenditure by the Company of substantial time, effort and money and that all such Confidential Information and training could be used by you to compete with the Company. You acknowledge GreenLight’s ability to reserve Confidential Information for the exclusive knowledge and use of GreenLight is of great competitive importance and commercial value to GreenLight. You shall not, at any point during or after your employment, use, disclose or communicate Confidential Information to or for the benefit of any person (including yourself) or entity, other than GreenLight. Further, in the course of your employment with the Company, you will be introduced to customers and others with important relationships to the Company. You acknowledge that any and all “goodwill” created through such introductions belongs exclusively to the Company, including, without limitation, any

（3） Settlement: the annual fixed rent of the yacht marina shall be settled every 12 months, paid before use, and paid 15 days before the expiration date of the previous year. Floating income (including advertising revenue share and sailboat training revenue share, etc.) will be settled every six months.

The Contractor shall coordinate with the Department in training officers new to GPS. These trainings will be no less than 2 days and may occur in locations around the commonwealth. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Department in annual review trainings and other trainings that may be indicated.

“Technology Systems” means electronic data processing, information, recordkeeping, communications, telecommunications, portfolio trading and computer systems and Intellectual Property Rights (including Software, algorithms, data, technology supporting the foregoing, and all documentation, including user manuals and training materials, related to any of the foregoing) which are used by a Person in its business.

In addition, Employer agrees to provide, and to continue to provide, training, education, direction and development to Employee with respect to all of Employer’s business methods, processes, procedures, software and information, including newly developed and newly discovered information, in order to ensure that Employee can perform Employee’s duties hereunder and participate in A.M. Castle’s Business.

Agreement Ancillary to Other Agreements. This covenant not to compete is ancillary to and part of other agreements between Employer and Employee, including, without limitation, Employer’s agreement to disclose, and to continue to disclose, its Confidential Information and Trade Secrets, and its agreement to provide, and to continue to provide, training, education and development to Employee.
