Training. Eversana shall conduct the Product sales and policy training program specified in [Section 3.4] according to the policies and procedures of Eversana approved by the Committee.

Training. Raven shall be responsible for providing all training and support to any applicable dealers/distributors and end-users in Raven’s distribution network. AgEagle agrees to train Raven personnel in the use of the AgEagle System and to provide Raven with such other technical support as may be necessary for Raven to provide support to the end users of the AgEagle System. Specifically, AgEagle shall provide, at a minimum the following training:

Training. Novos shall be responsible for conducting the Product sales and policy training program specified in [Section 3.4] according to the policies and procedures of Evoke.

Training. The Consultant agrees to provide necessary and appropriate training both at a Facility and the Consultant Related Facilities to the Manager’s facility-level personnel who will be assigned to conduct the exhibition of films in the Auditoriums, including ticketing personnel, certain concession operations and operators of film projection equipment and any other training necessary to fully plan, construct, equip, and successfully operate the Auditoriums. Training will be conducted at the Consultant’s sole election at a Facility or at the Consultant’s facilities.

Training. The Lead Commercialization Party will prepare training programs and materials for employees and sales representatives with respect to the Product in the Field, with the goal of ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws and such Party’s compliance policies.

Initial Training. Promptly after the Effective Date [* * *], the Parties will collaborate to plan and schedule initial training for the MSAS Force at a mutually acceptable location, date and time, including a launch meeting for the MSAS Force. Urovant shall develop all of the Materials necessary for such initial training. Sunovion will facilitate such training under the subject matter expertise of Urovant in support thereof. [* * *].

Training. Practice Fusion shall conduct annual Anti-Kickback Statute training for all employees involved in Covered Activities and each employee shall certify in writing to completion of that training. Practice Fusion shall also conduct Anti-Kickback Statute training for all new employees that are to be involved in Covered Activities. Such trainings shall include a discussion of how the Anti-Kickback Statute specifically relates to the Covered Activities and examples of how Covered Activities could implicate and/or violate the Anti-Kickback Statute. In addition, the training shall include a discussion of the criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions that could be imposed on Practice Fusion and/or Practice Fusion employees for violating the Anti-Kickback Statute.

Training. Business Associate shall provide appropriate training regarding the requirements of this Agreement to any employee, agent or subcontractor of Business Associate who will have access to or make use of PHI and require that any employee, agent or subcontractor receiving such training attest to his or her knowledge of and compliance with those policies and procedures. Such training shall encompass the Business Associate’s system of sanctions for any employee, agent or subcontractor who violates this Agreement Business Associate agrees that Covered Entity shall have the right to immediately terminate access to PHI of any employee, agent or subcontractor of the Business Associate where Covered Entity identifies an actual or threatened breach of security or unauthorized use or disclosure of PHI or any actual or suspected use or disclosure of PHI in violation of any applicable federal or state laws or regulations.

Additional Training. After the initial training, the Parties will collaborate to provide additional training at such frequency as the circumstances warrant. Urovant shall develop all of the Materials necessary for such additional training. [* * *].
