Tradenames and Place of Business. (i) The Borrower has no trade names, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names or other names under which it has done or is doing business and # the principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower are located at the address of the Borrower set forth below its name on the signature pages of this Agreement and has been so for the last four months.

. Borrower presently uses no trade name other than its actual name and the trade name “SmartStop Self Storage”. Borrower maintains its principal place of business at the address set forth in Section 12.5 below.

Tradenames. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], such Loan Party’s legal name is as set forth in this Agreement. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], no Loan Party has changed its name since its formation and neither has tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names. Such Loan Party’s jurisdiction of formation is the State of Delaware, and, except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], no Loan Party has changed its jurisdiction of formation.

Tradenames. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], such Loan Party’s legal name is as set forth in this Agreement. Except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], no Loan Party has changed its name since its formation and neither has tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names or “doing business as” names. Such Loan Party’s jurisdiction of formation is the State of Delaware, and, except as permitted pursuant to [Section 5.02(l)], no Loan Party has changed its jurisdiction of formation.

Place of Business. The principal place of business and books and records of the Debtor is set forth in the preamble to this Security Agreement, and the location of all Collateral, if other than at such principal place of business, is as set forth on the Borrower’s Certificate provided in connection herewith, and the Debtor shall promptly notify the Bank of any change in such locations. The Debtor will not remove or permit the Collateral to be removed from such locations without the prior written consent of the Bank, except for Inventory sold in the usual and ordinary course of the Debtor's business.

Place of Business. The place of business of each Borrower (or if such Borrower has more than one place of business, its chief executive office) is at the address or addresses set forth on [Schedule 6.1(q)] and the books and records relating to the accounts of such Borrower are located at the address or addresses set forth on [Schedule 6.1(q)].

Principal Place of Business. The sole chief executive office and sole principal place of business of Pledgor, as of the date hereof, is located at [[Address B:Address]]. Pledgor’s State of formation or organization, as of the date hereof, is as set forth in the preamble hereto.

Principal Place of Business. Subject in all respects [[Organization B:Organization]] provisions of the Member LLCA, including Section 6.4 thereof, the principal place of business and office of the Company shall be located, and the Company’s business shall be conducted from, such place or places as may hereafter be determined by the Member.
