Customer and Trade Relations. There exists no actual or, to the knowledge of any Loan Party, threatened, termination or cancellation of, or any modification or change in the business relationship of any Loan Party with any supplier that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

To the actual knowledge of Borrowers, there exists no actual or threatened termination of any business relationship between Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries and any customer or supplier, or any group of customers or suppliers, who individually or in the aggregate are material to the business of Borrowers or such Subsidiary.
