Titles and Subtitles. The titles and subtitles used in this Agreement are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Agreement. References to sections or subsections within this set of Agreement Terms shall be deemed to be references to the sections of this set of Agreement Terms contained in Exhibit B to the Agreement, unless otherwise specifically stated herein.

Titles and Subtitles. The titles and subtitles used in this Warrant are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Warrant.

Titles and Headings. The titles and headings in the Plan are for convenience of reference only and, if any conflict, the Plan’s text, rather than such titles or headings, will control.

Titles and Captions. The titles and captions of the Articles and Sections of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and do not in any way define or interpret the intent of the parties or modify or otherwise affect any of the provisions hereof.

Counterparts; Section Titles. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment. The section titles contained in this Amendment are and shall be without substance, meaning or content of any kind whatsoever and are not a part of the agreement between the parties hereto.
