Headings. The titles and headings of the various sections of this Award Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not be deemed to be a part of this Award Agreement.

Titles and section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used in interpreting this Agreement.

Section # Headings. The headings or titles to sections in this Agreement are intended solely for convenience and no provision of this Agreement is to be construed by reference to the heading or title of any section.

Title and Headings. Titles and headings to Sections and Articles are inserted for the convenience of reference only and are not intended to be a part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Services Agreement.

Titles and Subtitles. The titles and subtitles of the Sections of this Note are used for convenience only and shall not be considered in construing or interpreting this agreement.

Counterparts; Section Titles. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties hereto in separate counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment by facsimile or electronic transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment. The section titles contained in this Amendment are and shall be without substance, meaning or content of any kind whatsoever and are not a part of the agreement between the parties hereto.

Titles and Subtitles. The titles and subtitles used in this Warrant are used for convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting this Warrant.

Titles of Articles, Sections and Subsections. All titles or headings to articles, sections, subsections or other divisions of this Agreement or any other Warehouse Document or the exhibits or addenda hereto or thereto are only for the convenience of the parties and shall not be construed to have any effect or meaning with respect to the content of such articles, sections, subsections or other divisions, such content being controlling as to the agreement between the parties hereto.

Headings. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of the Agreement and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof.
