Titles and Headings. The titles and headings of the sections in the Plan are for convenience of reference only, and, in the event of any conflict between any such title or heading and the text of the Plan, such text shall control.

Section # Recitals, Headings and Titles. The captions in this Agreement are for the convenience of the Parties in the identification of the provisions hereof and shall not constitute a part of the Agreement nor be considered interpretive thereof.

Singular terms shall be construed as plural, and vice versa, where the context requires, and the headings or titles of the Sections or Subsections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not be used as an aid in construction of any provision hereof.
