Termination Generally. Subject to [subsection (c)], if your service relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is terminated for any reason, then those Restricted Stock Units for which the restrictions have not lapsed as of the date of termination shall become null and void and those Restricted Stock Units shall be forfeited to the Company. The Restricted Stock Units for which the restrictions have lapsed as of the date of such termination, including Restricted Stock Units for which the restrictions lapsed in connection with such termination, shall not be forfeited to the Company and shall be settled as set forth in Section 5.
Termination of Service. In the event that a Participant’s Service terminates, any or all of the restricted stock units held by the Participant that have not vested as of the date of termination under the terms of the restricted stock unit agreement shall be forfeited to the Company in accordance with the restricted stock unit agreement, except as otherwise provided in the applicable restricted stock unit agreement.
Termination by the Company for Cause. If the Grantee's employment with the Company is involuntarily terminated for Cause, then all Restricted Stock Units that have not vested prior to the date of termination of Grantee's employment will be forfeited and the Grantee shall have no further rights with respect to such Restricted Stock Units.
Early Termination of Restricted Stock Unit; Termination of Employment. The Restricted Stock Units shall terminate and become null and void if and when Grantee ceases for any reason to be an employee of the Company or its subsidiaries, including but not limited to termination for Cause, voluntary resignation, or Retirement, except as provided in below:
Except as otherwise provided above, upon your termination of employment, or cessation of services to, the Company and its Affiliates prior to the date the Restricted Stock Units are vested, you will forfeit the unvested Restricted Stock Units.
Other Termination. If the Grantee's employment by the Company is terminated for any reason other than as described in [Sections 3.1 through 3.4] above, then all Restricted Stock Units that have not vested prior to the date of termination of Grantee's employment will be forfeited and the Grantee shall have no further rights with respect to such Restricted Stock Units.
Other Termination. Except as provided in Sections 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) and 2(e), in the event of a termination of employment, the Grantee will forfeit all Restricted Stock Units that do not vest either before the termination date or on the termination date associated with such termination. Except as provided in Section 2(e), no Restricted Stock Units will vest after the Grantee’s employment with the Company or an Affiliate has terminated for any reason. For clarification purposes, in the event the Grantee’s employment is terminated by the Company or an Affiliate for Cause, the outstanding Restricted Stock Units held by such Grantee shall immediately terminate and be of no further force or effect.
