Calculation of Time Periods. Unless otherwise specified, in computing any period of time described herein, the day of the act or event after which the designated period of time begins to run is not to be included and the last day of the period so computed is to be included, unless such last day is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday for national banks in the location where the Property is located, in which event the period shall run until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. The last day of any period of time described herein shall be deemed to end at 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. As used herein, “business days” shall refer to days which are not Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday federally or in the State of California or New York.

Tolling of Time Periods. Employee agrees that in the event Employee violates any subsection of [Section 5] of this Agreement as to which there is a specific time period during which Employee is prohibited from ce1tain actions and activities, such violation shall toll the running of such time period from the date of such violation until the date the violation ceases.

Time Periods. If the time period by which any right, option, or election provided under this Agreement must be exercised, or by which any act required hereunder must be performed, or by which the Closing must be held, expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, then such time period shall be automatically extended through the close of business on the next regularly scheduled Business Day.

Time Periods. The arbitration shall be conducted expeditiously and efficiently, and absent good cause shown as determined by the Arbitrators, the Arbitrators shall conduct any evidentiary hearing within ​ of confirmation of the panel of Arbitrators. Upon the written mutual agreement of both Parties, any time period specified in this [Section 11.2] or the ​ shall be extended or accelerated according to the Parties’ written mutual agreement. The Arbitrators shall take into account both the desirability of making discovery efficient and cost-effective and the needs of the Parties for an understanding of any legitimate issue raised in the Arbitration. The Arbitrators shall, upon the request of one or both parties, permit the exchange of documents relevant to the claims and defenses raised in the Arbitration. No depositions or other discovery devices shall be permitted, absent extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Arbitrators.

Computation of a subsequent period of time designated to begin after the last day of a previous period shall be deemed to commence on the day immediately following the day the previous period ended, as such end date may have been adjusted due to its falling on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. The last day of any period of time described herein shall be deemed to end at 5:30 p.m. Central Time.

Determination of Time Periods. If the day on which any of the foregoing time periods is to end is a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday recognized by the Company the period shall extend until the next following business day.

Tolling of Time Periods. Consultant agrees that, in the event Consultant violates any subsection of [Section 4] of this Agreement as to which there is a specific time period during which Consultant is prohibited from certain actions and activities, such violation shall toll the running of such time period from the date of such violation until the date the violation ceases.

Time Periods. Any action required hereunder to be taken within a certain number of days shall, except as may otherwise be expressly provided herein, be taken within that number of calendar days; provided, however, that if the last day for taking such action falls on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a U.S. federal legal holiday, the period during which such action may be taken shall automatically be extended to the next Business Day.
