Paid Time Off. In addition to the foregoing, Employee shall be entitled to paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Employee shall not be paid for accrued but unused vacation paid time off, paid sick time, which may be modified in the sole discretionor paid personal days upon termination of the Company, and applicableEmployee’s employment for any reason, unless otherwise required by law.
