Time Deadlines. Tenant shall use commercially reasonable, good faith, efforts and all due diligence to cooperate with the Architect, General Contractor and Landlord to complete all phases of the construction drawings set forth in this Tenant Work Letter and the permitting process and to receive the permits as soon as provided in [Schedule 3]. The applicable dates for approval of items, plans and drawings as described in this Tenant Work Letter are set forth and further elaborated upon in [Schedule 3] to this Exhibit B attached hereto (the "Time Deadlines"), attached hereto. Tenant agrees to utilize commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the Time Deadlines.

Legal Requirements and Deadlines. All filings, payments and other actions required to be made to or taken before a Governmental Body to maintain each item of Registered IP in full force and effect have been made by the applicable deadline. No application for a patent or trademark registration or any other type of Registered IP filed by or on behalf of the Seller or any Seller Affiliate has been abandoned, allowed to lapse, canceled or rejected, except as would not materially impair the operation or conduct of the Business and has been abandoned or allowed to lapse in the reasonable business judgment of the Seller.

Time. Time is of the essence as to the performance of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Time. Time shall be of the essence of this Agreement. As used herein, the term “business day” shall mean any day when the Commission’s office in Washington, D.C. is open for business.

Time. Buyer and Seller understand that “Time is of the Essence” for this Agreement.

Time. Time is of the essence of each and every term of this Agreement and the other Warehouse Documents.

Specified Time. A specified time or a fixed schedule;

Time Limitation. If a Brand Partner wishes to bring an action against NewYou for any act or omission relating to or arising from the Agreement, such action must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the alleged conduct giving rise to the cause of action. You waive all claims that any other statutes of limitations apply.

The Executive shall devote his full working time, attention and abilities to the business and affairs of the Company and its Affiliates and shall serve the Company and its Affiliates faithfully and use his best efforts to promote the interests of the Company and its Affiliates. The Executive shall not, without prior approval of the Board, act as a director or officer of, or a business adviser to, any other Person (other than non-profit or charitable entities), other than the Company or any of its Affiliates.
