No Third Party Beneficiaries. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any Third Party, including, but not limited to, any creditor of either Party hereto, except the Indemnification provision in Section 8.

Section # Third Party Beneficiaries. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate or are intended to operate for the benefit of, any Person other than the Parties hereto, and no other Person shall have any rights under or with respect hereto (except to the limited extent expressly provided for with respect to any Indemnitee under Section 9.04).

No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other person, except that each Indemnified Person shall have the right to enforce the obligations of the Company with respect to Section 6.

This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person, other than the Indemnitees referred to in Section ‎9(k).

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement; provided, however, that any Person that is not a party to this Agreement but, by the terms of Article VIII, is entitled to indemnification, shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement, with full rights of enforcement as though such Person was a signatory to this Agreement.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement is not intended, nor shall it be deemed, construed or interpreted, to confer upon any Person not a party hereto any rights or remedies hereunder.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as specifically set forth in herein, this Agreement is not intended to benefit and may not be enforced by any Person other than the Parties.
