No Third Party Rights. Except as contemplated by Section 7.08 hereof, nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any person other than the parties hereto any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement, which is intended for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto.

No Third Party Rights. Nothing expressed or referred to in this Agreement will be construed to give any person other than the parties to this Agreement any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim under or with respect to this Agreement or any provision of this Agreement. This Agreement and all of its provisions and conditions are for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties to this Agreement and their successors and assigns.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided in Section 7.4 and Section 10.2, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any party, other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, any rights or remedies under this Agreement or otherwise create any third party beneficiary hereto.

NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person, other than the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein.

Section # No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as provided in Section 6.02 and Article VIII, this Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, expressed or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

Except as provided in ARTICLE VII, this Agreement is for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and nothing herein, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person or entity any legal or equitable right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in writing, nothing in this Agreement is intended or will be construed to give any person or entity, other than each Party hereto, and their successors or assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy, or claim under or with respect to this Agreement or any provisions contained herein.

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed, to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors or permitted assigns, any rights, benefits or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
