Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is for the purpose of defining the respective rights and obligations of the Parties hereto and is not for the benefit of any employee; creditor or other third party, except as may be expressly set forth herein.
NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. Except as otherwise specifically provided for herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give any person, other than the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Agreement or any provision contained herein.
Section # Third Party Beneficiaries. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate or are intended to operate for the benefit of, any Person other than the Parties hereto, and no other Person shall have any rights under or with respect hereto (except to the limited extent expressly provided for with respect to any Indemnitee under Section 9.04).
