Third Party Beneficiaries. There will be no third party beneficiaries under this Agreement, except for Affiliates of the BFA Recipients that are receiving the benefit of Services, or as required by Laws.

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is for the purpose of defining the respective rights and obligations of the Parties hereto and is not for the benefit of any employee; creditor or other third party, except as may be expressly set forth herein.

Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement shall not confer any rights or remedies upon any party other than Employer, the other Related Companies, Executive and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Nothing in the Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any benefits, rights or remedies in this Agreement on any entity, other than the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except with respect to LGL Indemnified Parties and Mtron Indemnified Parties, and in each case, only where and as indicated herein, this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates and should not be deemed to confer upon any other Person any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action or other right in excess of those existing without reference to this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement is not intended to confer upon any Mtron Indemnified Parties any rights or remedies against Mtron hereunder, and this Agreement is not intended to confer upon any LGL Indemnified Parties any rights or remedies against LGL hereunder.

Nothing in the Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any benefits, rights or remedies on any entity, other than the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns. However, if there is a joint owner of any Patent Rights identified in Section 1 of the Agreement (other than Licensee), then Licensee hereby agrees that the following provisions of these Terms and Conditions extend to the benefit of the co-owner identified therein (excluding the Licensee to the extent it is a co-owner) as if such co-owner was identified in each reference to the Licensor: the retained rights under [clause (b) of Section 2.1]; [Section 11.3] (Licensor Disclaimers); Section 12 (Limitation of Liability); Section 13 (Indemnification); Section 14.1 (Insurance Requirements); Section 17 (Use of Name); and [Section 19.10] (Sovereign Immunity, if applicable).

Nothing in the Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer any benefits, rights or remedies on any entity, other than the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective permitted successors and assigns, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person.
