Term. This Agreement shall become effective as of the (late first written above, and apply only to CBDG Invoice 1948.

Term. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.6 above, this Warrant is exercisable in whole or in part at any time and from time to time on or before 5:00 PM, Eastern time, on the Expiration Date and shall be void thereafter.

Term. This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and terminate on the third anniversary of the Effective Date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement (the “Employment Term”). However, the terms of Executive’s compensation shall be reviewed annually by the Compensation Committee in accordance with the Charter of that Committee. The terms of Executive’s compensation set forth herein shall be applicable only during the initial year of the Employment Term and any carryover period until replaced by agreement of Executive and the Company’s Compensation Committee.

Term. This Agreement shall apply to disclosures of Confidential Information made on or before the signing of this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, disclosures of Confidential Information made before the date of this Agreement). This Agreement shall remain in effect during Employee’s employment term and shall survive two years from the date Employee ceases to be an employee of the Company.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of [Section 4] (the “Term”).

Term. Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence as of February 8, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) and shall continue until a permanent CEO is in place for the Company and its subsidiaries (the period between the Effective Date and the termination of this Agreement referred to herein as the “Employment Term”). At the end of the Employment Term, no further compensation shall be paid under this Agreement, except for accrued and unpaid compensation and benefits under Section 2 of this Agreement.

Term. This Agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term shall be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year period (the “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”). Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving one (1) month notice to the other party.

Term. If the Board of Directors selects a Committee, the members of the Committee shall serve on the Committee for the period of time determined by the Board of Directors and shall be subject to removal by the Board of Directors at any time. The Board of Directors may terminate the function of the Committee at any time and resume all powers and authority previously delegated to the Committee.

Term. This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and shall, subject to any earlier termination pursuant to this Section 12, expire on the later of the # end of the Research Term or # last to expire of any Legacy Royalty Term or Primary Royalty Term, provided that upon such expiration of this Agreement, # Legacy and its Affiliates shall have the perpetual, irrevocable fully-paid, royalty-free right, with rights of sublicense, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, and import Viamet Derived Products in the Legacy Field and # Primary and its Affiliates shall have the perpetual, irrevocable fully-paid, royalty-free right, with rights of sublicense, to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, and import Primary Royalty Products in the Primary Field.

Term. The term of the Loan shall begin on the Effective Date and shall consist of a thirty‑six (36) month interest only payment period ending on July 31, 2019 (the “Interest Only Period”), followed by a one hundred twenty (120) month principal and interest payment period ending on the Maturity Date (the “Amortization Period”).
