Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on November 8, 2013 and continue through September 10, 2019, unless terminated in whole or in part by either party upon not less than 10 days written notice.

Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement will commence on the date of execution and will end on December 31, 2019, and may be extended by mutual agreement of the Parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason at any time during the term by written notice directed to the other party given 30 days in advance of the termination date.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be a period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing through 12 months from the date hereof, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 8 below (the “Term”).
