Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall begin on December 18, 2018 and end on January l, 2020, and, beginning on January 1, 2020 and on January 1 of each and every year thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be extended for an additional one-year period, automatically, unless the Executive is notified 180 days in advance by the method set forth in Section 11 herein to the contrary (“Nonrenewal Notice”).

Term. The term of this Agreement shall run for a period of 1-year from the Effective Date through March 31, 2019 (such period, the “Term”), and may be terminated earlier as contemplated by Section 8.A. Termination of this Agreement due to its non-renewal shall not constitute a Termination for Cause or a resignation by Executive for Good Reason.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date hereof until December 31, 2017 unless terminated sooner in accordance with [Section 5] or Section 6 hereof, provided, however, that the term shall be automatically extended for an additional year on January 1, 2018 and on January 1 of each year thereafter, unless either party hereto gives written notice of an intention not to extend this Agreement (a “Non-Renewal Notice”) on or before September 30 of the then current year, in which case no further automatic extension shall occur and the term of this Agreement shall end on December 31 of such year.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate on December 31, 2022; provided, however, that commencing on December 31, 2022 and each December 31 thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for one additional year unless, not later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to such December 31, the Company or Executive shall have given notice that such party does not wish to extend the term of this Agreement.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from the date hereof until December 31, 2021 unless terminated sooner in accordance with Section 5 or Section 6 hereof, provided, however, that the term shall be automatically extended for an additional year on January 1, 2022 and on January 1 of each year thereafter, unless either party hereto gives written notice of an intention not to extend this Agreement (a “Non-Renewal Notice”) on or before September 30 of the then current year, in which case no further automatic extension shall occur and the term of this Agreement shall end on December 31 of such year.

Term. The Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and unless sooner terminated as provided in Article 5 shall continue for a period of one year (the “Initial Term”). Except as otherwise provided herein, unless either party gives written notice to the other party at least 30 days before any anniversary of the Effective Date that the term hereunder shall not be extended beyond its then term (a “Nonrenewal Notice”), the term of the Agreement shall automatically be extended for an additional one year period from each anniversary, subject to the same terms, conditions and limitations as applicable to the Initial Term unless amended or terminated as provided herein (each such additional one year period a “Renewal Term”). For purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Term and all subsequent Renewal Terms shall be collectively referred to as the “Term” of the Agreement.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate on December 31, 2016; provided, however, that commencing on December 31, 2016 and each December 31 thereafter, the term of this Agreement shall be automatically extended for one additional year unless, not later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to such December 31, the Company or Executive shall have given notice that such party does not wish to extend the term of this Agreement.

Term of the Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date hereof and end at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2022, and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms unless either party delivers written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current term; provided, however, that if a Change of Control has occurred during the original or any extended term (including any extension resulting from a prior Change of Control), the term of the Agreement shall end no earlier than twenty-four (24) calendar months after the end of the calendar month in which the Change of Control occurs.

Term of Employment. The term of Executives employment under this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date, and end on January 31, 2021 (the ''Original Term of Employment"), unless terminated earlier in accordance herewith. The Original Term of Employment shall be automatically renewed for successive one-year terms (the "Renewal Terms") unless at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the Original Term of Employment or any Renewal Term, either Party notifies the other Party in writing that he or it is electing to terminate this Agreement at the expiration of the then current Term of Employment. "Term of Employment" shall mean the Original Term of Employment and all Renewal Terms.

Term of this Agreement. Subject to Section 4 below, the initial term of this Agreement (the “Initial Term”) shall be for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2017; provided at the end of the Initial Term, the term will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each, a “Renewal Term”, and collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party delivers written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then-current initial Term or Renewal Term.
