PLAN TERM. The Plan will continue in effect until such time as it is otherwise terminated by the Compensation Committee in accordance with Section VII of the Plan. The Plan supersedes all prior Company bonus plans, including the Company Management Incentive Compensation Plan and the Company Pay for Performance Plan.
Term of Plan. This Plan shall continue until suspended, discontinued or terminated by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board in its sole discretion provided that the existence of this Plan at any time or from time to time does not guarantee or imply the payment of any Bonuses hereunder, or the establishment of any future plans or the continuation of this Plan.
