Revolving Loan Notes. Any Lender may request through the Administrative Agent that Loans made by it be evidenced by a promissory note. In such event, the Borrowers shall execute and deliver to such Lender a Revolving Loan Note. In addition, if requested by a Lender, its Revolving Loan Note may be made payable to such Lender and its registered assigns in which case all Loans evidenced by such Revolving Loan Note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to Section 10.4) be represented by one or more Revolving Loan Notes in like form payable to the order of the payee named therein and its registered assigns.

Any Lender may request that Loans made by it be evidenced by a promissory note (a “Note”). In such event, the applicable Borrowers will prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a Note payable to such Lender (or, if requested by such Lender, to such Lender and its registered assigns) and in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and reasonably acceptable to Borrowers. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such Note and interest thereon at all times (including after assignment pursuant to Section 10.04) will be represented by one or more Notes in such form payable to the payee named therein (or, if requested by such payee, to such payee and its registered assigns).

Revolving Loan Notes. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Revolving Loan Note for each Lender that shall have requested one, signed on behalf of the Borrowers.

Promissory Notes. Any Lender may request that Loans made by it be evidenced by a promissory note. In such event, the Borrower shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note payable to such Lender and its registered assigns, in a form approved by the Administrative Agent. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such promissory note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to Section 9.04) be represented by one or more promissory notes in such form payable to the payee named therein and its registered assigns.

Any Lender may request that Loans made by it be evidenced by a promissory note. In such event, the Borrowers shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note payable to such Lender (or, if requested by such Lender, to such Lender and its registered assigns) and in a form approved by the Administrative Agent. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such promissory note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to [Section 9.04]) be represented by one or more promissory notes in such form.

In such event, the relevant Borrower shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note payable to such Lender and its registered assigns and in a form approved by [[Administrative Agent:Organization]]. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such Note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to Section 9.04) be represented by one or more Notes in such form.

In such event, the Borrower shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note payable to such Lender (or, if requested by such Lender, to such Lender and its registered assigns) and in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower (each such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned). Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such promissory note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to [Section 9.04]) be represented by one or more promissory notes in such form payable to the payee named therein (or to such payee and its registered assigns).

Any Lender may request that Loans made by it to any Borrower be evidenced by a promissory note. In such event, the relevant Borrower shall prepare, execute and deliver to such Lender a promissory note payable to such Lender (or, if requested by such Lender, to such Lender and its registered permitted assigns) and in a form approved by the Administrative Agent. Thereafter, the Loans evidenced by such promissory note and interest thereon shall at all times (including after assignment pursuant to [Section 9.04]) be represented by one or more promissory notes in such form payable to the payee named therein (or, if any such promissory note is a registered note, to such payee and its registered permitted assigns).
