Loan Document. This Amendment and each agreement, instrument, certificate or document executed by the Borrower and/or the Guarantors, as applicable, or any of their respective officers in connection therewith are “Loan Documents” as defined and described in the Credit Agreement and all of the terms and provisions of the Loan Documents relating to other Loan Documents shall apply hereto and thereto.

Loan Documents. This Amendment is a Loan Document as defined in the Credit Agreement, and the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the Collateral Agreement generally applicable to Loan Documents are applicable hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Loan Document. This Amendment is a Loan Document and all references to a “Loan Document” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be deemed to include this Amendment.

The term "Loan Documents," as defined in [Section 1.1] of the Credit Agreement, shall hereafter include this Amendment and all acknowledgements, affidavits, certificates and other documents executed and delivered in connection with this Amendment (collectively, for convenience, the Amendment and such additional documents are sometimes herein called the "Additional Loan Documents").

This Amendment and all other Instruments executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Credit Party in connection with this Amendment are and shall be deemed to be “Loan Documents” for all purposes.

Amendment is a “Loan Document”. This Amendment is a Loan Document and all references to a “Loan Document” in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including, without limitation, all such references in the representations and warranties in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents) shall be deemed to include this Amendment.

This Amendment is a Loan Document executed pursuant to the Credit Agreement and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.

SECTION # Loan Document. This Amendment is a Loan Document and is subject to all provisions of the Credit Agreement applicable to Loan Documents, all of which are incorporated in this Amendment by reference the same as if set forth in this Amendment verbatim.
