The Contractor. Tenant shall select and retain a general contractor (“Contractor”) to construct the Tenant Improvements. Such Contractor shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or conditioned, and shall be given or 37849147v5

The Contractor. A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor ("Contractor") shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord hereby approves the following contractors: XL Construction, Swinerton Builders, SC Builders and GCI Construction.

The Contractor. Tenant shall retain a general contractor approved in writing, in advance by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld and be granted or denied within three (3) business days upon request, to construct the Suites A, B and C-1 Alterations (“Contractor”). Landlord’s failure to respond within such three (3) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord.

The Contractor. Tenant shall hire a general contractor reasonably acceptable to Landlord (theContractor”) as the general contractor to construct the Tenant Improvements, and Tenant will enter into a contract with the Contractor on commercially reasonable terms. Landlord hereby pre-approves JB Pacific as a qualified general contractor on the bid list.

The Contractor. A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct Tenant’s Work. Such general contractor (“Tenant’s General Contractor”) shall be # subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, # licensed in the State of California, # insured in accordance with the provisions of this Work Letter, and # experienced in constructing improvements similar to the Tenant’s Work including, without limitation, the Lab Work.

The Contractor. Tenant shall retain Hathaway Dinwiddie as general contractor ("Contractor") to construct the Improvements.

The Contractor. Tenant will retain Dome Construction as a general contractor to construct the Tenant Improvements (“Contractor”).
