Any accrued but unpaid Annual Bonus with respect to any completed calendar year immediately preceding the Termination Date, which shall be paid on the otherwise applicable payment date except to the extent payment is otherwise deferred pursuant to any applicable deferred compensation arrangement;

any earned but unpaid bonus amounts with respect to any completed fiscal year immediately preceding the termination date of Executive’s employment, which shall be paid on the otherwise applicable payment date, except to the extent payment is otherwise deferred pursuant to any applicable deferred compensation arrangement;

any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus with respect to any completed calendar/fiscal year immediately preceding the Termination Date, which shall be paid on the otherwise applicable payment date; provided that, if Executive's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason prior to the applicable payment date, then any such accrued but unpaid Annual Bonus shall be forfeited in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Annual Bonus;

Annual Bonus which has been earned and accrued for a calendar year prior to the Termination Date but remains unpaid which shall be paid in the same form and at the same time as such Annual Bonus, if any, is paid to other senior executive officers as further provided under Section 5(a)(ii)(B);

Any unpaid Annual Bonus in respect to any completed fiscal year which has ended prior to the date of such termination, which amount shall be paid at such time annual bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company;

Any unpaid Annual Bonus in respect to any completed fiscal year which has ended prior to the date of such termination, which amount shall be paid at such time annual bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company;

Any earned but unpaid Annual Incentive Bonus with respect to any completed calendar year immediately preceding the Termination Date, which will be paid on the otherwise applicable payment date (except to the extent payment is otherwise deferred pursuant to any applicable deferred compensation arrangement); provided that if Executive’s employment is terminated by the Bank for Cause, then any such accrued but unpaid Annual Incentive Bonus will be forfeited;

any earned but unpaid Incentive Compensation with respect to any completed fiscal year immediately preceding the Termination Date, which shall be paid on the otherwise applicable payment date;

Any earned but unpaid incentive bonus with respect to any completed calendar year immediately preceding the date of termination, which shall be paid on the applicable payment date for incentive bonuses for such year (but not later than March 15 of the year that includes the termination date);

Any unpaid Annual Bonus in respect to any completed fiscal year, which has ended prior to the date of such termination, which amount shall be paid at such time annual bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company.
