In the event of Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, the Company shall pay Executive (or Executive’s estate or authorized representative thereof): # any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the date of termination, # accrued and unused vacation, as required under the applicable Company policy; and # all expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the business of the Company prior to the date of termination in accordance with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policy. These payments shall be made promptly upon termination and within the period of time mandated by law.
