Accrued Compensation. On any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will be entitled to receive all accrued but unpaid vacation, expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.

Accrued Compensation. On any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company Group, the Executive will be entitled to receive all accrued but unpaid vacation, expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to the Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.

For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a termination of Executive’s employment with the Company or its Affiliates, Executive will be entitled to receive all accrued but unpaid vacation, expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.

Accrued Compensation. On any termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will be entitled to receive all expense reimbursements, wages, benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements, and applicable law.

Accrued Compensation. For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will be entitled to receive all expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.

Accrued Compensation. The Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid vacation, expense reimbursements, wages, and other benefits due to Executive under any Company-provided plans, policies, and arrangements.

Accrued Compensation. On any termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company, the Executive will be entitled to receive all expense reimbursements, accrued wages, and other benefits due to the Executive under any applicable Company-provided plan, policy or arrangement, including any earned but unpaid bonus amount for the Company’s immediately preceding fiscal year. The Executive’s rights under this Section 4 shall survive the termination of this Agreement until all such rights have been satisfied.

Accrued Amounts. In the event of Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, the Company shall pay Executive (or Executive’s estate or authorized representative thereof): # any unpaid base salary due for periods prior to the date of termination, # accrued and unused vacation, as required under the applicable Company policy; and # all expenses incurred by Executive in connection with the business of the Company prior to the date of termination in accordance with the Company’s business expense reimbursement policy. These payments shall be made promptly upon termination and within the period of time mandated by law.
