Testimony contract clause examples

Testimony. Except as required by law or legal process or at the request of the Company, you shall not testify in any lawsuit or other proceeding which directly or indirectly involves the Company, or which is reasonably likely to create the impression that such testimony is endorsed or approved by the Company.
