Testimony. Except as required by law or legal process or at the request of the Company, you shall not testify in any lawsuit or other proceeding which directly or indirectly involves the Company, or which is reasonably likely to create the impression that such testimony is endorsed or approved by the Company.

Voluntarily submit testimony adverse to the Company before any governmental agency or legislative, regulatory, or judicial body that has jurisdiction over the interests of the Company (except as otherwise provided or required by law), and in which case you will notify NextEra of the requirement to provide such testimony);

Section # Non-Disparagement. Each of the Eligible Employees agrees not to make any statements that disparage the AEP System Companies, their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, products, or services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, statements made in the course of sworn testimony in administrative, judicial, or arbitral proceedings (including, without limitation, depositions in connection with such proceedings) shall not be subject to this Section 6.6.
