Employment; Term of Employment. The Company hereby employs Executive on a date to be confirmed by the Company and Executive (the “Effective Date”), but in any event not later than July 30, 2021, and Executive hereby accepts such employment with the Company, upon all the terms and conditions set forth below. The term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall continue from the Effective Date until terminated in accordance with this Agreement (the “Employment Term”).

The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any of your terms of employment. You will be notified in writing of any change as soon as possible and in any event within one month of the change.
