Termination. Your employment with the Company shall be "at-will" and may be terminated hereunder by you, the Company, or the Board at any time and for any reason, subject to the provisions of this Section. Upon termination of your Employment, you shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits described in this Section, and shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits from the Company.

You may terminate your employment with the Company at any time and for any reason whatsoever simply by notifying the Company. Likewise, the Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. Your employment at-will status can only be modified in a written agreement approved by the Board and signed by you and a duly authorized Member of the Board.

Your employment with the Company will be “at-will.” You may terminate your employment with the Company at any time and for any reason whatsoever simply by notifying the Company. Likewise, the Company may terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Your employment at-will status can only be modified in a written agreement signed by you and by an officer of the Company.

Other Terms. Your employment with the Company will be on an “at will” basis. In other words, you or the Company may terminate your employment for any reason and at any time, with or without cause. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s benefit plans and personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and the Company.

Your employment with the Company will be “at will”, meaning that either you or the Company will be entitled to terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause. This is the full and complete agreement between you and the Company on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the company.

At-Will Employment. Your employment with the Company is at-will. Employment at- will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by you or the Company. Nothing in this letter or in any document or statement shall limit your right or the Company’s right to terminate your employment at-will. Only the Board has the authority to enter into an agreement for employment for any specified period or to make an agreement for employment other than at-will and then only in writing.

It also means that your job duties, title, responsibilities, reporting level, compensation and benefits, as well as the Company’s personnel policies and procedures, may be changed with or without notice at any time in the sole discretion of the Company. The “at-will” nature of your employment is one aspect of our employment relationship that will not change during your tenure as an employee, except by way of written agreement expressly altering the at-will employment relationship and signed by you and by the Company’s President.

You may terminate your employment with Company at any time and for any reason whatsoever simply by notifying the Company. Likewise, the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause or advance notice. This at-will employment relationship cannot be changed except in writing signed by a company officer.

Your employment with the Company will be “at will,” meaning that either you or the Company will be entitled to terminate your employment at any time and for any reason, subject to the provisions of this Letter Agreement. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits (other than those expressly provided for in this Letter Agreement), as well as the Company’s human resources policies and procedures, may from time to time change, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and a duly authorized officer of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, if your employment with the Company terminates as a result of Cause, resignation, permanent disability or death, you shall not be entitled to any Severance Payment under this Letter Agreement.
