Termination. During the Term, the Executives employment hereunder may be terminated without any breach of this Agreement under the following circumstances:

Termination of Employment. The Employment Term and Executive’s employment hereunder may be terminated prior to the expiration of the Employment Term by either the Company or Executive at any time and for any reason. Upon termination of Executive’s employment during or at the end of the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to the compensation and benefits in accordance with this Section 5.
