End of Term. Executive’s employment with the Company shall automatically terminate at the expiration of the Term of Employment due to a non-renewal of the Term of Employment by the Company or Executive pursuant to the provisions of [Section 1(g)] (a “Non-Renewal”). Termination Without Cause, Non-Renewal by the Company, or Resignation for Good Reason. Executive’s employment may be terminated without Cause effective upon the Company’s delivery to Executive of a Notice of Termination, at the End of the Employment Term as a result of the Company providing Executive with a notice of its intention not to extend the Employment Term (“Non-Renewal”), or by Executive’s resignation for Good Reason effective 30 days following delivery to the Company of Notice of Termination provided such delivery is within 90 days following the occurrence of events that result in Good Reason. No resignation for Good Reason will be effective unless during the 30-day period following the delivery of the Notice of Termination, the Company has not cured the events that result in Good Reason. If Executive’s employment is terminated without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability), as a result of Non-Renewal, or if Executive resigns for Good Reason, Executive will receive:
