The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its or its Affiliated Companies' employ, or both, as the case may be, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company, or its Affiliated Companies, or both, as the case may be, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of the Effective Date (such period or, if shorter, the period from the Effective Date to the Date of Termination, is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Period").

The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its or its Affiliated Companies' employ, or both, as the case may be, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company, or its Affiliated Companies, or both, as the case may be, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (such period or, if shorter, the period from the Effective Date to the Date of Termination, is hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Period").

Employment Period. The Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the third anniversary of such date (the "Employment Period").

Employment. The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to accept such continued employment with the Company, in each case on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending as provided in paragraph 5 hereof (the “Employment Period”). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive shall be an at-will employee of the Company and the Executive or the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason or no reason at any time, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, including any obligations the Company may have pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof.

Section # Employment Period. The Company and/or the Bank, as applicable, hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Employment Period”). The Employment Period shall terminate upon the Executive’s termination of employment for any reason.

EMPLOYMENT. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ Employee, and Employee hereby accepts such continued employment. Employee shall serve as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. The initial term of employment under this Agreement (the Initial Term”) shall be for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the third (3rd) anniversary thereof, unless earlier terminated as provided in Section 4. This Agreement shall automatically be extended for successive one-year periods (each, an “Extension Term” and, collectively with the Initial Term, the “Term”) unless either party gives notice of non-extension to the other no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-applicable Term.
