All or part of this AGREEMENT may be terminated by [[ROANOKE GAS:Organization]] at its convenience. In such event, the CONTRACTOR will be entitled to compensation for Services performed up to the date of termination and reasonable termination expenses. The CONTRACTOR will not be entitled to compensation for profit on Services not performed.

Convenience. Arcus may terminate this Agreement, in its entirety or on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product or country-by-country basis, with or without cause at any time by giving WuXi at least ​ days’ prior written notice.

Effect of Force Majeure Termination. Employee's Right to Terminate for Convenience. In addition to the Employee's right to terminate the Employee's employment for Good Reason, the Employee shall have the right to terminate the Employee's employment with the Company for convenience at any time and for any other reason, or no reason at all, upon written notice to the Board. Upon the Employee’s termination of employment for convenience, the Company shall have no further obligation under this Agreement other than the payment or provision of the Accrued Obligations.
