Termination Benefit. If a Participant experiences a Separation from Service that does not qualify as a Retirement, the Participant shall receive his or her vested Account Balance in the form of a lump sum payment (the “Termination Benefit”). A Participant’s Termination Benefit shall be calculated as of the close of business on or around the Benefit Distribution Date for such benefit, which shall be # the first day after the end of the 6-month period immediately following the date on which the Participant experiences such Separation from Service if the Participant is a Specified Employee, and # for all other Participants, the date on which the Participant experiences a Separation from Service.

Termination Benefit. If a vested Participant experiences a Separation from Service, Employer shall pay to the Participant the monthly Supplemental Retirement Benefit calculated under Section 5.2 multiplied by the Participant’s vested percentage under Section 3.3 except:

Upon the termination of the Employment Period for any reason other than Employee’s voluntary resignation, and subject to Employee’s continued compliance with Section 3 and Employee's execution and non-revocation of the Release (as defined below), effective as of the Termination Date:

Termination Benefit. Termination Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant under the Plan following the Participant’s Separation from Service prior to Retirement.

Termination Benefit. Upon the Participant’s Separation from Service for reasons other than death or Retirement, he or she shall be entitled to a Termination Benefit. The Termination Benefit shall be equal to the vested portion of the Retirement/Termination Account and the unpaid balances of any Specified Date Accounts. The Termination Benefit shall be based on the value of that Account(s) as of the end of the month in which Separation from Service occurs or such later date as the Committee, in its sole discretion, shall determine, and will be paid the following month. Payment of the Termination Benefit for a Specified Employee will be valued the last day of the sixth month following Separation from Service and made or begin in the seventh month following the month in which Separation from Service occurs.

Termination Benefit. A Participant who is entitled to receive a Termination Benefit shall receive payment of such benefit in a single lump sum.

Early Termination Benefit. If Early Termination occurs, the Bank shall distribute to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.2 in lieu of any other benefit under this Article.

Early Termination Benefit. If Early Termination occurs, the Employer shall pay the Executive the Early Termination benefit shown on [Schedule A] corresponding to the Plan Year in which Separation from Service occurs. The annual benefit will be paid in equal monthly installments commencing the month following Normal Retirement Age and continuing for the greater of the Executive’s lifetime or fifteen (15) years.

Pre-Termination Death Benefit. If the Director dies before otherwise terminating service with the Bank, the Bank shall pay to Director’s Beneficiary the Pre-Termination Death Benefit in a single lump sum payment within ninety (90) days following the Director’s date of death, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the death benefit shall be paid no later than March 15 of the year following the year in which the Director dies.
