Term. The Term of Executive’s employment under the Agreement shall commence on the First Amendment Effective Date, and shall continue, unless sooner terminated, until May 31, 2022. The Term and any further extension that may be mutually agreed upon by the Company and Executive are subject to early termination as provided elsewhere herein. Upon expiration of the Term, Executive shall be deemed an at-will employee of Company, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any entitlement in separation benefits, shall terminate, except for those terms that expressly survive the Extended Term or termination of employment.

Term. The term of employment under this Agreement (the “Employment Period”) shall commence on November 15, 2014 and terminate on November 15, 2015, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the termination provisions set forth herein. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the parties acknowledge and agree that Executive’s employment may be terminated by the Company only for Due Cause (as hereinafter defined). At the end of the Employment Period, the continuation of Executive’s employment with the Company shall be at the will of the Company and Executive on terms and conditions agreed to by the Company and Executive and there shall be no obligation on the part of the Company or Executive to continue such employment, provided, however, that not later than November 1, 2015, the Company and Executive shall provide to each other reasonably specific notice of their respective intentions with regard to continuation of Executive’s employment subsequent to the Employment Period.

Term. Executive’s employment with the Company shall be “at will,” meaning that Executive’s employment may be terminated by the Company or Executive at any time for any reason. Any termination of the Term by the Company or Executive shall be effective as specified in a written notice from the terminating party to the other party; provided that the effective date specified in the written notice following Executive’s resignation shall not be less than 45 days after the date that written notice is provided by Executive to the Company, unless otherwise determined in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company.

Term. The period of Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated pursuant to Section 5. The phrase “Term” as used in this Agreement shall refer to the entire period of employment of Executive by the Company.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on March 1, 2022 and end on March 1, 2025 (“Initial Term”). However, at the end of the Initial Term, and, if extended, at the end of each additional year thereafter, so long as the Executive is still an employee of the Company, the term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for another year, unless the Company shall have provided written notice to the Executive at least six months before the end of the then-current term that it does not want the term to be extended. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall not terminate during the Employment Period.

Employment. The Company agrees to continue to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to accept such continued employment with the Company, in each case on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending as provided in paragraph 5 hereof (the “Employment Period”). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Executive shall be an at-will employee of the Company and the Executive or the Company may terminate the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason or no reason at any time, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, including any obligations the Company may have pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof.

Employment of the Executive pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall begin on the May 18, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) and continue until the close of business on May 17, 2016 (the “Fixed Term”), and thereafter from day to day until terminated by the Company or the Executive (the “At-Will Term”), subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. As used herein, the “Term of Employment” shall mean the full term of the Executive’s employment hereunder, including both the Fixed Term and the At-Will Term.

Employment. The Employer agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by the Employer, beginning as of August 11, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) and Executive’s employment under this Agreement shall terminate on the earlier of # December 31, 2018 or # the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement. The period from the Effective Date until the termination of Executive’s employment under this Agreement is referred to as the “Employment Period.” To the extent Executive remains employed by the Company after the expiration of the Employment Period, such employment will be subject to the terms and conditions to which the Company and Executive at that time will agree.
