Term. The term of this Agreement shall be a period commencing on the date of this Agreement and continuing through 12 months from the date hereof, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 8 below (the “Term”).

Term. The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence as of the Effective Date hereof and shall continue in effect for a period of two (2) years, unless otherwise terminated earlier pursuant to Paragraph 4 hereof.

Term of Agreement. Subject to the provision for early termination set forth below and in Section 5 of this Agreement, this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months from the Effective Date (the “Term”). Either Party may terminate this Agreement without cause with 10-days’ prior written notice.

The term of this Agreement shall be from the date hereof and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the termination provisions herein (the “Term”).
