Term. This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date continue for a three-year period or until terminated by either Party pursuant to Article 3 (the "Term").

Term. The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of three (3) years (the “Term”), unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement.

Terms of the Agreement. This Agreement shall be deemed effective on the Effective Date above and shall continue for 3 years. However, any party has right to terminate this Agreement by giving written notice ahead of 30 days.

The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article 6, shall continue in full force and effect for fifteen (15) years thereafter (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall renew for successive three-year periods (the Initial Term and such period, the “Term”) unless either Party gives the other Party written notice of its desire to terminate the Agreement no less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any applicable successive period during the Term.

This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years, unless sooner terminated as provided under this Agreement (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year terms thereafter, unless either Party delivers written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the initial or any renewal term or this Agreement is otherwise terminated as set forth herein.

Term. Unless terminated at an earlier date in accordance with Section 4, this Agreement shall commence as of the date first written above and shall continue for a continuous period of three years (the “Term”).
